Duties and Responsibilities

• Assure correct transactions have been done when material is placed on hold and when it is released to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a log of material on hold including disposition definition within 24 hrs.
• Plan with production team to have the defined dispositions executed (dates, resources needed, etc.)
• Daily monitoring or resort/rework output plan vs actual
• Resort package preparation
• Manage inventory levels accuracy.
• Hold area 5S
• Create resort/rework instructions when applicable.
• Assure supply of product on hold for production team to keep working until it is depleted.
• Resort/rework methods validation when applicable
• Supervision of personnel assigned to resort/rework.

Educational and Other Skill Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Previous Quality/Operations Experience is preferred.
• Logistics experience / inventory management is preferred.
• Certified forklift driver
