Position Overview
Candidate will work side by side with mechanical design engineers to aid with the completion of projects ranging from the development of assembly aids to automated machinery. They will be asked to use their technical knowledge to help solve problems and implement solutions. Candidate will balance a workload with multiple projects ranging in size and complexity.

R&D Mechanical Design team – Development of factory equipment and automation

Direct report to senior design engineer
Qualifications
Qualifications

Cad Design (Solidworks/CREO)

Manufacturing print development and manufacturing specifications

Proficient with basic hand tools and machinery (Drill press, bandsaw, sander, etc.)

Working towards a degree in mechanical engineering

Self-motivated, works well in collaboration and independently, creative and willing to think outside of the box to solve problems.
