Client Partner – Red River
Red River is seeking a resilient, data-driven, and operationally disciplined Client Partner to lead a portfolio of managed services accounts within the Property Management and Manufacturing verticals. Proven leader who thrives under scrutiny, takes full ownership of performance metrics, and drives strategic growth through vertical alignment, client retention and delivery excellence.
Ideal candicate will confidently navigate executive reviews, defend decisions with clarity and data, and adapt quickly with accountability. Emotional resilience, financial fluency, and deep vertical expertise are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Leadership & Vertical Strategy
· Own and grow a portfolio of SMB to enterprise-level accounts within Property Management and Manufacturing vertical.
· Drive vertical strategy execution, aligning Red River’s offerings to industry-specific needs.
· Segment accounts strategically—invest in high-value clients, contain costs in transactional ones.
Client Success & Retention
· Ensure long-term client satisfaction through proactive engagement, delivery governance, and operational excellence.
· Lead onboarding and steady-state operations with a focus on measurable outcomes.
Financial Ownership & P&L Management
· Full accountability for revenue, cost, and margin performance across the portfolio.
· Identify and remediate anomalies (e.g., margin compression, billing errors, delivery inefficiencies).
· Link CRM forecasts to P&L performance and escalate contract risks with urgency.
· Drive cost-to-serve optimization, SLA adherence, and resource utilization.
· Demonstrate familiarity with MSP economics – costs-to-server, resource utilization, SLA penalties and gross margin levers.
Sales Partnership & Growth
· Collaborate with sales to structure deals, price recurring revenue contracts, and identify upsell opportunities.
· Influence pipeline development through vertical insights and client feedback.
Delivery Governance
· Monitor delivery dashboards and ERP outputs to ensure operational hygiene.
· Intervene directly when delivery inefficiencies threaten margin or client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of client-facing P&L ownership across multiple accounts, ideally in regulated or enterprise verticals.
· Proven success managing portfolios between $2M–$5M, with measurable impact on revenue growth and margin expansion.
· Deep understanding of MSP economics, including cost-to-serve models, SLA penalties, and gross margin levers.
· Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
· Strong command of forecasting tools, delivery metrics, and financial modeling.
· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage third-party service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in Property Management and/or Manufacturing industries.
· Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL framework.
· Exposure to deal structuring and pricing strategy in managed services.
