We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our Managed Services team supporting commercial clients across diverse industries. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams, enabling consistent, high-quality service aligned with client expectations and business outcomes. You will champion Agile principles and the Scrum framework to drive productivity, transparency, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a multi-client or MSP setting
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent Agile certification
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery in service-based environments, including SLAs and KPIs
- Experience with product lifecycle management and Agile tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) across multiple client-facing teams
- Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile/Scrum best practices to improve delivery velocity and quality
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, escalating when necessary
- Promote self-organization and servant leadership, empowering teams to own their delivery
- Collaborate with internal service delivery managers and client stakeholders to align on priorities and timelines
- Support backlog grooming and release planning to ensure alignment with client goals and contractual obligations
- Monitor team performance against SLAs and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve delivery outcomes
- Build a safe and trusting environment where open communication and problem-solving are encouraged
