This position is primarily responsible for configuring endpoints, servers, workstations, and pre-staging network/system appliances in a rack or for configuration. Individuals should be prepared to go onsite to Red River Datacenter as requested. This position also plays a secondary role in managing customer assets while stored in the Red River warehouse to ensure the accuracy of inventory.

Primary Position Tasks:

• Image, configure, and prepare laptops and desktops for deployment using standardized tools and procedures.
• Assist with staging and basic setup of networking equipment, including racking and cabling under supervision.
• Conduct device quality control (QC) checks to ensure hardware meets operational and configuration standards.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including labeling, physical inspection, and intake of IT hardware.
• Perform inventory management tasks such as scanning, logging, and organizing devices within the warehouse environment.
• Utilize internal ticketing systems to log progress, track assignments, and complete technical tasks with accountability.
• Apply basic knowledge of IT hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting steps to assist in daily operations.
• Demonstrate strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with team members and leads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage and triage assigned tasks and ticket queues using ServiceNow or similar systems to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
• Exhibit a proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable work ethic with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous learning.

Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma/associate degree required
• Required Experience: 2+ years of IT experience.

Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:

• Basic knowledge/experience working with Intune, Azure AD, AutoPilot, SCCM, Apple Business Manager, and JAMF.
• Windows & MAC Laptop Deployment Experience
• CompTIA A+ or CompTIA Cloud+
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
