The Installation Project Manager oversees assigned installation workstreams for Outform digital and retail programs. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating installation activity from pre-launch readiness through execution, punch list revisit management, and project closeout. The position works cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party labor partners to keep installations on schedule, on budget, and aligned to scope, while ensuring documentation, communication, and execution standards are consistently met.

SCOPE & ACCOUNTABILITY
Own day-to-day installation project management for assigned programs, stores, and workstreams, including scheduling, vendor coordination, documentation, issue resolution, and completion tracking. Translate project scope into executable field plans and ensure all installation requirements, logistics dependencies, and support documentation are clearly communicated to internal teams and third-party labor partners. Monitor schedule performance, field execution, revisits, and closeout deliverables while escalating risks, delays, and scope issues in a timely manner. Support consistent execution standards across programs by maintaining organized project records, accurate status reporting, and disciplined follow-through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage assigned installation projects from planning through completion, including kickoff requirements, field execution, revisit coordination, and closeout validation.
• Build and maintain project schedules, store deployment trackers, readiness requirements, and action logs to ensure clear visibility into milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with internal Account Management, Support, Logistics, and warehouse teams to confirm installations are retail ready and all support documentation is complete.
• Source, engage, and manage third-party labor partners in alignment with scope, geography, timeline, budget, and project requirements.
• Review and communicate statements of work, installation instructions, floor plans, shipping details, service levels, and site-specific requirements to field partners.
• Track field progress, proof of work, punch items, and completion status while ensuring issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
• Lead revisit planning and execution for corrective work, repairs, or incomplete installations to ensure quality and customer expectations are met.
• Monitor project budgets, validate vendor quotes and invoices, and flag scope changes, cost exposures, or schedule impacts for leadership review.
• Provide recurring status updates and communicate risks, escalations, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders with urgency and clarity.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, documentation needs, and opportunities to strengthen execution consistency across programs.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Success in this role will be measured against metrics including but not limited to:
• On-time completion of assigned installation milestones and store deployments
• Schedule adherence and accuracy of project plans, trackers, and status reporting
• Timely identification and escalation of project risks, readiness issues, and scope impacts
• Budget adherence and accuracy of vendor quote / invoice validation
• Timeliness and quality of revisit coordination and issue resolution
• Completeness and accuracy of project documentation, proof-of-work, and closeout deliverables
• Reduction in preventable execution issues caused by communication gaps or missed dependencies
QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years of experience managing installation, field service, fixture, retail display, construction, or digital deployment projects.
• Experience working directly with third-party labor providers, installation vendors, or field service partners.
• Experience supporting multi-site rollouts and coordinating field execution across multiple locations and timelines.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, OneDrive, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, documentation, and cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across matrixed teams and external partners.
• Ability to identify issues early, solve problems independently, and manage competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in project management, operations, construction, logistics, or related field preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Working conditions are in a normal office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, and stand, using hands to handle, finger, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally, the employee must crouch or kneel. The employee must occasionally exert or lift up to 20 pounds. Successful performance requires good eyesight with or without corrective lenses. Requires long periods of time working at a computer and includes phone work. Travel up to 15% of the time may be required and is an essential function of this position.
