Job Summary

The Development Project Management Coordinator supports the DPM team by owning system accuracy, managing R&M fulfillment, and coordinating vendor documentation. This role is essential to daily operations and requires strong organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow through. The Coordinator works closely with Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, and Prototyping to maintain accurate data and ensure smooth project workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own all D365 PO BOM data entry and ensure accuracy and timely updates

• Maintain and audit BOMs, POs, cost details, and development records

• Coordinate R&M fulfillment including part requests, replacements, and shipment tracking

• Maintain R&M logs and communicate status to project and production teams

• Gather vendor quotes, samples, pricing, and lead time information

• Prepare cost summaries and vendor documentation for project managers

• Maintain organized vendor records and ensure correct stakeholder updates

• Organize digital files and project documentation

• Support administrative coordination such as meetings and project updates

• Follow up on outstanding project items

• Provide general workflow and reporting support as needed

Qualifications

· Experience in project coordination, operations, supply chain, production, or project development

· Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel with ability to manage data heavy spreadsheets

· ERP experience required with D365 strongly preferred

· High attention to detail with demonstrated accuracy in data entry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

· Organized, reliable, and able to take full ownership of assigned workflows

· High school diploma required and some college or relevant coursework preferred

· Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods

· Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs such as samples or materials

· Ability to walk, stand, bend, or reach during sample or project coordination

· Ability to navigate office, production, and prototype areas

· Use of standard office equipment including computer, keyboard, phone, and copier
