Position Summary:

The Senior Installation Project Manager oversees end‑to‑end installation services for Outform client programs, ensuring all in‑store displays are executed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role manages third‑party labor partners, prepares installation documentation, coordinates cross‑functionally with internal teams, and resolves field issues to maintain high-quality installation standards. With strong operational leadership and attention to detail, the Senior Installation Project Manager drives consistent, successful installations across multiple projects and time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partner with Account, Development, and Production teams to understand in-store environments, display specifications, and installation needs.

· Manage the full lifecycle of installation services, including bid preparation, opportunity logging, scheduling, field execution, and invoice validation.

· Oversee installation programs from initial request through project completion, ensuring all requirements are clearly documented and communicated across teams.

· Develop and provide installation documentation—including instructions, floor plans, and SOWs—for 3PL partners to ensure successful execution.

· Identify installation resource needs and develop scalable plans to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

· Source, evaluate, and manage third‑party installation partners; obtain quotes, verify training, and ensure contractual compliance.

· Coordinate closely with Logistics to confirm shipping documentation including service levels, tracking, BOLs, and delivery timelines.

· Track installation progress and report status across internal teams; maintain availability across multiple time zones as needed.

· Arrange and coordinate installation revisits to correct deficiencies and ensure final quality standards are met.

· Ensure all logistical details are communicated to labor partners, including product readiness, site access, and scheduling.

· Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the installation cycle.

Required Qualifications:

· 2–5 years of experience working in installation management or with third‑party labor partners - installation management/vendor management.

· 2–5 years of experience supporting digital or technology-based installations.

· Strong proficiency with Excel, OneDrive, Smartsheet, and project management platforms.

· Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams within matrixed organizations (Monday, Salesforce, MS Office Suite).

· Strong independent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to manage conflict to positive outcomes.

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in retail, POP display, or in-store fixture installation environments.

· Familiarity with 3PL installation networks and field labor procurement.

· Experience developing installation documentation or training guides.

· Knowledge of logistics coordination and retail field service operations.

· Experience in the signage industry preferred.

· Salesforce or Procore is preferred
