· Participate in ideation sessions and internal concept reviews with clear design rationale

· Apply working knowledge of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes relevant to retail environments

Visualization and Presentation

· Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations for internal reviews, client presentations, and proposals

· Support the development of presentation decks that clearly communicate design intent and functionality

· Present design concepts to clients, clearly articulating design intent and rationale

· Incorporate feedback from Creative Directors and senior designers into revised design outputs

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Program Management to ensure feasibility and alignment with project requirements

· Support Sales and Strategy teams with visual assets for pitches and client discussions when needed

· Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, leading portions of client discussions related to design execution with guidance from Creative leadership

Process and Professional Growth

· Maintain organized working files, CAD models, and design assets

· Stay informed on retail design trends, materials, fabrication techniques, and shopper behavior

· Explore and apply emerging digital tools, including AI-assisted workflows, under Creative leadership guidance

· Actively seek feedback and demonstrate ongoing growth in creative, technical, and execution capabilities

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in industrial design, Product Design, Environmental Design, or a closely related field

· Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in retail display, fixture, experiential, or environmental design

· Working proficiency in 3D CAD and visualization tools such as SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, Cinema4D, KeyShot, or equivalent

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

· Foundational hand and digital sketching skills to communicate ideas effectively

· Portfolio demonstrating retail displays, fixtures, POP, or physical brand experiences

· Working understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and production considerations for retail environments

· Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

· Clear communication skills and comfort receiving and applying feedback

What Success Looks Like

· Delivering well-resolved design contributions that support retail-ready, manufacturable solutions
