Position Summary:

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Sr Order-to-Cash (OTC) Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions for a project-based industry that encompasses manufacturing, sourced finished goods, distribution and the respective financial transactions. This role requires deep understanding of business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and configuring the system to meet those requirements, including data mapping, workflow design, and customization (kept to a minimal), while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of a tailored solution across various Dynamics modules.

Responsibilities:

· Facilitate and drive functional design and configuration decisions for OTC processes with business stakeholders

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

· Highlight best practices and areas for continuous improvement within the OTC workstream to drive transactional and data integrity

· Design comprehensive solutions including data mapping, workflow automation, configurations, minimal customizations, and integrations with other systems

· Balance system solutions with level of digitization required for given process

· Configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Projects, Sales Orders, Inventory Management, Shipping, Invoicing and Credit & Collections) to align with business needs

· Develop test scripts alongside business stakeholders and lead UAT ensuring quality delivery

· Drive data migration plans, including data cleansing and transformation processes, to successfully transfer data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 F&O

· Build prototypes and demonstrations to showcase the potential of Dynamics 365 F&O OTC solutions and validate design concepts with stakeholders

· Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to technical problems

· Collaborate with business stakeholders on the creation of training material and system documentation

Qualifications:

· 5+ years’ experience with ERP, and a minimum of 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O OTC processes

· Solid Understanding of Project Management, Sales Order, Inventory Management and Invoicing modules in Dynamics

· 3–5-years of experience working in Agile environments and toolsets

· 2-3 years’ experience with designing solutions that incorporate Power Automate, Power BI and Power Apps

· Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsets

· Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Certifications preferred
