This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience working with creative, production, and client service teams. You’ll play an important part in helping us meet client goals, deliver on time, and maintain strong partnerships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in managing projects for the DSG account, focusing on a specific business category.

· Support day-to-day communication with the client and internal departments (design, production, estimating).

· Help coordinate meetings, take notes, and track follow-ups for upcoming or ongoing projects.

· Monitor project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.

· Enter and update project data using internal tools and systems (e.g., design requests, estimates, timelines).

· Help prepare client quotes, order acknowledgments, and production requests.

· Support the delivery of high-quality displays and marketing materials that meet client expectations.

· Collaborate with senior Account and Project Managers to address any client needs or project challenges.

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn.

· Interest or experience in retail marketing, in-store displays, or merchandising is a plus.

· Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Trello, Asana) is helpful but not required.
