We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR operations within a unionized manufacturing facility. In this role, you will assist in driving HR initiatives, supporting labor relations, and ensuring compliance with union contracts and employment regulations. You’ll work closely with both hourly and salaried employees and serve as a key resource for day-to-day HR functions.

Responsibilities:
· Provide HR support to hourly and salaried employees in a unionized manufacturing environment.
· Assist with administration and interpretation of collective bargaining agreements.
· Support grievance and disciplinary processes in collaboration with union leadership and management.
· Help coordinate labor relations activities, including union meetings and investigations.
· Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and employment laws.
· Participate in employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including attendance and disciplinary actions.
· Support performance management processes and workforce planning initiatives.
· Assist with health & safety initiatives, employee wellness programs, and compliance training.
· Coordinate and support workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs in partnership with safety and HR teams.
· Promote a positive employee experience and contribute to a culture of respect, safety, and collaboration.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or related field.
· 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
· Basic understanding of labor laws and experience working in or supporting a unionized workforce is a plus.
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Proficient with HRIS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, ADP, SAP).
· Bilingual in Spanish.
