Lead Scheduler
As the Lead Scheduler, you will personally build, maintain, and defend the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs including the Minnesota Aerospace Complex (MnAC). This is a hands-on role requiring advanced technical scheduling expertise and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams. You will translate complex logic into clear delivery roadmaps and provide the predictive analysis necessary to avoid "surprises."
Responsibilities

- MnAC Scheduler coordination: As the lead scheduler in support of the MnAC program, coordinate the support of the other members of the scheduler team to meet the evolving needs of the program over its lifecycle.
- Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis and perform Monte Carlo Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) to provide accurate predictive forecasting.
- Implement Standards: Ensure compliance with the "Gold Standard" for schedule health (DCMA 14-Point or equivalent) and implement the Baseline Change Request (BCR) process.
- Support Performance Analysis: Maintain status of resource loaded IMS to support cost and schedule performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Technical Mastery: Support "What-if" modeling and delay analysis to Program Managers, transforming data into actionable strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Project Controls, Program Management, or Scheduling.
- Mastery of Critical Path Method (CPM) logic and experience managing complex Integrated Master Schedules ($50M+ portfolio size).
