The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and project-based support to the Human Resources and Administrative teams. This role assists with day-to-day HR operations, helps coordinate key HR processes, and supports initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team by creating requisitions, scheduling interviews, coordinating travel, and drafting offer letters. Ensure the pre-employment screening process is complete prior to the candidate’s start date
  • Facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee. Coordinate new hire orientation, track the completion of required paperwork, set up work areas (if applicable) and schedule employee on-boarding meetings.
  • Prepare, distribute, and track applicable employee-related paperwork: Notice of Hire/ Change/ Removal, and required regulatory training. Coordinate exit interviews and prepare separation paperwork.
  • Assist with ongoing human resources initiatives throughout the year, including the annual performance review process, HR compliance postings, open enrollment, internship programs, and company events.

Provide support to the implementation and execution of the Company’s human resource programs. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, or promotion. Perform other administrative duties as required.

Preferred Education / Experience:

  • Associate's degree in related discipline
  • 1+ years of related experience or;
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to above

Preferred Knowledge / Ability:

  • Ability to manage confidential information and conduct company business with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong oral and written communication with an exceptional ability to listen is necessary.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to self-manage, show initiative and solve problems; excellent self-discipline and patience.
  • Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software.
