ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Implement tasks according to all management systems Maintain the process SOP documents Trouble-shooting&amp; process improvement to increase the production yield Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials Lead the samples ENG trial Support Continuous Improvement activities QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry with polymer background. Bachelor or above, major in engineering with 5 year working experience. Master or above, major in engineering science. Experience At least 2 years experienced in PCB/CCL industry. (Best to have) At least 4 years experienced in engineering department in any industry. Freshman who is willing to accept company training.
