核心職能 依照所有管理體系執行任務維護工藝標準作業文件進行故障排除及工藝改進，以提高生產良率開展新產品轉移評估開展新原材料評估主導樣品工程試驗支持持續改進活動 任職資格 教育背景本科及以上學歷，化學工程或化學專業，具備聚合物相關背景本科及以上學歷，工程專業，5 年工作經驗碩士及以上學歷，工程學專業工作經驗至少 2 年 PCB/CCL 行業經驗（優先考慮）至少 4 年任何行業的工程部門工作經驗願意接受公司培訓的應屆生 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Implement tasks according to all management systems Maintain the process SOP documents Trouble-shooting& process improvement to increase the production yield Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials Lead the samples ENG trial Support Continuous Improvement activities QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry with polymer background. Bachelor or above, major in engineering with 5 year working experience. Master or above, major in engineering science. Experience At least 2 years experienced in PCB/CCL industry. (Best to have) At least 4 years experienced in engineering department in any industry. Freshman who is willing to accept company training.
