The Talent Acquisition Partner in Duren is responsible for leading recruitment strategy and execution across the region. This role partners with business leaders to support workforce planning, deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
The role serves as a key advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, guiding hiring decisions, and driving effective recruitment strategies across technical, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This position requires regional scope, stakeholder influence, and accountability for end-to-end hiring performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Talent Strategy and Business Partnership
- Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning across Asia
- Advise hiring managers on role design, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Provide market intelligence, including talent availability, competitive landscape, and compensation insights
- Influence hiring decisions to align with market conditions and internal equity
- New hire orientation and training assistance
Recruitment Ownership and Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruitment outcomes, including quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Manage multiple requisitions across functions and prioritize workload effectively
- Ensure consistent application of global hiring processes and standards
Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build and maintain talent pipelines
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry engagement
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and external partners
- Management of the talent pool from different sourcing/hiring channels
- Partnered with HR marketing leader for strategic marketing plan of recruiting.
Stakeholder and Candidate Experience
- Lead intake meetings, candidate calibration, and debrief discussions with hiring teams
- Deliver a high-quality and responsive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection practices
Employer Branding and Market Positioning
- Support regional employer branding initiatives aligned with business and talent market needs
- Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates
Regional Scope and Compliance
- Manage recruitment across multiple countries within Asia, considering local labor markets and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably supporting manufacturing, engineering, or technical roles
- Experience supporting regional or multi-country recruitment activities preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent market dynamics
- Understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements within Asia
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build effective working relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in English required; additional language capability (e.g., Mandarin) preferred
- Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Work is primarily performed in an office or remote environment
- Occasional travel may be required within the Asia region
