3. Project Overview

This project aims to support the Quality team in improving internal quality monitoring and nonconformance management processes. The intern will assist in analyzing internal quality data, tracking nonconforming materials and process deviations, and supporting customer quality issue investigations.

Through systematic analysis and process review, the project will identify key defects, support faster response to internal and customer quality issues.

Collection and review of internal quality data, internal improvement report

  • Internal nonconforming product tracking and analysis
  • Quality abnormality (process deviation) data review
  • Internal quality KPI monitoring and visualization
  • Support in customer quality investigation documentation

Delivery of a summarized quality data analysis report and recommendations to improve nonconformance management
