Program Structure
· Dates: 3~5 Days Onsite
· 6 months
Project Scope
· This 6-month project is to overview and improve the process of new part number. Set up in SAP with customers new part number, to understand the process and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
What You'll Do:
· Manage the setup of new customer part numbers in the SAP system.
· Analyzing the current process to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Setting up new part numbers in SAP per month to understand the end-to-end process flow.
· Analyzing key factors in the current setup process to identify bottlenecks.
· Gathering baseline metrics and data to measure current efficiency levels.
· Developing a process improvement proposal and presenting final results to stakeholders.
· Conducting physical counts of current assets to identify idle items.
