Project Scope

This 6-month project aims to enhance efficiency, safety, and precision in laminate manufacturing. It will involve collaborating with Process and Facility Engineers on Kaizen improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing principles, and optimizing equipment/process performance to address inefficiencies in the production workflow.

What You'll Do:

Lead Kaizen improvement projects in laminate manufacturing.

Collaborating with Process and Facility Engineers to enhance efficiency, safety, and precision in the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

Applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to identify and analyze inefficiencies in the production process.

Conducting time studies and gathering baseline metrics to validate process improvements.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, and Maintenance teams to implement process adjustments.

Tracking UPPH (Units Per Person Per Hour) and presenting data-backed recommendations to stakeholders.
