1.客服部 Customer Service (中文需精通 Advanced level of Mandarin is required) :
1.1 SAP系統操作學習與實務應用協助輸入與查詢客戶訂單資料,更新交期與出貨資訊。
SAP System Operation – Training & Practice. Assist in entering and querying customer order data, and updating delivery and schedule information in the system.
1.2客戶訂單處理協助接收、登錄與整理訂單資料,處理異動或取消申請。
Customer Order Handling. Support receiving, entering, and organizing customer purchase orders; assist with order changes or cancellations.
1.3交期詢問與協調向生產部門(PC)詢問交期,並協助與客戶間之溝通與更新。
Delivery Schedule Inquiry & Coordination. Communicate with the Production Control (PC) team to confirm delivery schedules and assist in coordinating schedule updates between customers and the PC team.
1.4溝通與問題處理能力訓練學習內外部溝通技巧(如:Email撰寫、電話應對、簡報資料),並協助主管彙整客戶回饋。
Communication & Problem-Solving Skill Development. Learn effective communication techniques (e.g., email writing, phone calls, and preparing presentation materials), and help supervisors summarize customer feedback.
