GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB(JOB SUMMARY)

Monitoring the product quality and the implementation of SOP/WI，work with production and PE closely for the non-conformance item and follow up the improvement action, feedback to production and PE for continuous improvement purpose. Promote the overall quality and process improvement within the company to continuously meet customer requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Daily management of FT, IPQC, COC team and Instrument calibrator. Responsible for their daily work arrangements
2. Examined and approved the substrate report, IPQC audit report. And follow up on non-conforming products and results, follow up with the responsible department to handle the issue and conduct weekly meetings of FT/IPQC regarding non-compliance items. Report the nonconformance and work with production and PE team for the corrective action.
3. Review the nonconformance produce handling status, and provide the suggestion how to depose the nonconformance product.
4. Examine the FT and IPQC daily and monthly report.
5. Assist the team for the customer survey and complaint; provide the data analysis and improvement action.
6. Examine the calibration report and implementation status.
7. Manage the SAP (Lofeware) label, COC template.
8. Lead the 6S improvement and project improvement in the QA department.
9. Assist the team in managing the quality system.
10. Cooperate with your direct supervisor's work arrangements.

QUALIFICATION – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSING

Junior college above degree(Technical secondary above for internal )With at least 3 years QA working experience.

REQUIREMENT – (1) KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

License or Certificate of government or Other Requirements：Excellent for data analysis, and good communication ability, good at written English (CET 4 or 6).

Working Experience3 years above for quality management experience.

Personal Qualities：Team work spirit, strong interpersonal skills, self- motivated and willing to travel

监控基材品质状况，监督标准作业要求执行状况，与生产、工艺密切协调确认不合格情况得到充分理解，并跟进改进行动的结果，反馈给生产、工艺，达到持续改进的目的，推动公司内部整体的品质和流程改善，达到持续满足客户要求。

主要职能和职责

1. 管理基材测试技术员，IPQC 巡检技术员，COC 制作人员以及仪器校验人员，负责他们的日常工作安排和管理。
2. 审批基材检测报表，IPQC 巡检报表，并对不符合项和取样不合格品的结果，和责任部门跟进处理，召集 FT/IPQC 不符合项周会。汇报不合格情况，并与相关部门确认改正措施执行情况。
3. 审查不合格品的处置情况，并对不合格品处置提供建议，协助直属上级每月申请库存覆铜板和半固化片的报废。
4. 审查基材、IPQC 日报，月报表。
5. 协助直属主管调查客户反馈，提供数据分析及改进措施的制订建议。
6. 审批仪校计划并监督执行情况。
7. 管理 SAP 标签模版。
8. 主导 QA 部门的 6S 改善和项目持续改善。
9. 协助直属主管品质体系管理。
10. 配合直属主管的工作安排。

任职资格 - 教育、经验及 / 或执照

大专或以上（如内部提升，中专或以上）。3 年以上品质管理相关经验。

要求 - (1) 知识和能力

必备知识 / 技能 / 执照证件或其它能力素质要求：熟练的数据分析能力，良好的沟通协调能力，能够进行基本的英语读写。

工作经验：3 年以上质量管理相关经验。

人格特质：工作认真细致、踏实肯干、责任心强、工作积极主动。
