THE ROLE

Implement the SOP and WI formulated by Treating process, assist the foreman to complete the daily management to achieve the department target.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Comply with safety regulations and company rules, actively participate in safety work, constantly learn safety knowledge and education, implement safety measures to improve.
• According to the production plan, complete the production activities and execute the WI of the process.
• Deal with the problems encountered in production in time and give feedback to superiors in time.
• Responsible for the inspection of the prepreg and operations of rewinding or unwinding.
• Responsible for daily inspection of production equipment, timely handling of problems in job, and feedback to Treating captain or superiors for anomalies that cannot be handled in time。
• Cooperate with the implementation of production process improvement actions to achieve zero complaints.
• Timely complete the KPI set by the department。

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school (technical school) or above.
• Have a good sense of quality, learning ability.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Strong sense of responsibility, active work, enthusiasm, rigorous work.
• Good eyesight preferred.
• No grade 2 hypertension and heart disease.
