JOB SUMMARY
The key duty of Technical Service Manager is to provide pre-sales and after- sales technical services to customers, which can be fully integrate into the sales activities with strong technical support and close relationship with customers as well as OEM /ODM. Technical Service Manager also works closely with supplying plants and R&D and makes sure that the products performance and quality could satisfy the expectation of the customers

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* To market isola products technically, involving technical promotion conducted regularly to all customers as well as OEM /ODM, and to select suitable materials for various applications in the market.
* Team up with Sales to capture new projects and see through project realization into sales. To conduct market research on competitors’ activities, pricing, as well as the technical and business trends of customers/OEMs.
* To manage the evaluation and qualification of isola products in PCB manufacturers, provide technical support with professional skills and PCB manufacturing processes knowledge.
* Escort internal material change/adding evaluation in PCB manufacturers
* To support QA on resolving technical claims & customer complaints by technical analysis as and when required.
* Provide technical support or product development to internal customers.
* Cooperate with supplier chain on raw materials sourcing, support R&D and Engineering team on product modifications, and technical issue settlements.
* Organize and initiate projects in product promotion i.e. trade show, product advertisement, technical seminar etc.
* Maintain & develop good relationship with Customers at various levels through close communication
* Provide in-house training.

QUALIFICATION – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSING
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, chemical background preferred
5 years in PCB or CCL technical area.

REQUIREMENT – (1) KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

* Knowledge of PCB industry, Must be equipped with troubleshooting capabilities and experience on PCB dry or wet manufacturing processes, with CCL experience and knowledge preferred
* NPI management ability in project completion and meeting sales goals
* Ability to communicate effectively.
* Good command of English.
* Self-management on projects and routine tasks.
* Effective presentation skills are crucial.
