任職資格
- 教育背景
本科及以上學歷，化學工程或化學專業，具備聚合物相關背景
本科及以上學歷，工程專業，5 年工作經驗
碩士及以上學歷，工程學專業 - 工作經驗
至少 2 年 PCB/CCL 行業經驗（優先考慮）
至少 4 年任何行業的工程部門工作經驗
願意接受公司培訓的應屆生
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Implement tasks according to all management systems
- Maintain the process SOP documents
- Trouble-shooting& process improvement to increase the production yield
- Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer
- Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials
- Lead the samples ENG trial
- Support Continuous Improvement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry with polymer background.
- Bachelor or above, major in engineering with 5 year working experience.
- Master or above, major in engineering science.
- Experience
- At least 2 years experienced in PCB/CCL industry. (Best to have)
- At least 4 years experienced in engineering department in any industry.
- Freshman who is willing to accept company training.
