职位概述

为现有及新客户提供技术支持与产品推广服务,以实现业务目标,最大化保障公司利益。协同销售团队、质量团队及产品 / 原始设备制造商(OEM)团队,提供优质服务,满足客户期望。

工作职责

1. 技术服务(TS)工作管理(权重 25%)

  • 制定并组织实施技术服务工作目标
  • 管理、协调并监督责任客户的日常业务事宜
  • 定期审核责任客户的项目及新产品订单清单
  • 考核维度:业绩达成率、领导能力、团队协作、决策能力、沟通能力、客户导向

2. 新产品推广与新项目开发(权重 25%)

  • 为责任客户的产品推广活动提供支持
  • 提供技术信息与建议,协助客户为新应用场景从 Isola(公司名,可保留英文)筛选合适材料
  • 协助销售 / OEM 团队挖掘新机遇与新项目
  • 提供技术支持及加工指导,确保客户正确使用 Isola 产品
  • 考核维度:业绩达成率、专业知识与技能、团队协作、沟通能力、客户导向、产品与市场导向

3. 技术与质量问题处理(权重 20%)

  • 针对客户新需求或投诉,提供快速响应
  • 支持工厂处理质量索赔事宜,以专业、及时的方式解决客户投诉
  • 考核维度:客户满意度评分(SPR)、专业知识与技能、问题分析与解决能力、时间管理能力、结果导向

4. 材料评估工作(权重 15%)

  • 协助印制电路板(PCB)制造商完成 Isola 产品的新产品评估与资质认证
  • 协助印制电路板(PCB)制造商完成内部材料变更 / 新增的评估工作
  • 考核维度:业绩达成率、专业知识与技能、沟通能力、客户导向

5. 协助高级管理人员开展培训(权重 10%)

  • 为技术服务工程师提供年度培训,提升其专业技术知识、沟通能力及综合素养,以实现更高水平的技术服务
  • 对新入职技术服务(TS)工程师进行技术技能培训与指导
  • 考核维度:业绩达成率、专业知识与技能、沟通能力

6. 客户关系维护与开发(权重 5%)

  • 通过密切沟通,维护并深化与客户各层级的良好合作关系
  • 考核维度:客户满意度评分(SPR)、人际交往能力、沟通能力

任职要求

  1. 学历专业:中专及以上学历(含大专、本科),化学、材料科学相关专业;或具备同等教育背景、培训经历及相关工作经验(中专学历可接受)。
  2. 工作经验:至少 3 年相关工作经验;或具备同等培训经历及相关工作经验。
  3. 专业知识:必须具备覆铜箔板(CCL)和 / 或印制电路板(PCB)相关知识。
  4. 个人素质:工作主动、诚实守信、具备良好沟通能力。
  5. 其他要求:身体健康,能适应出差。
  6. 工作地点:Isola 工厂及 Isola 客户现场。
  7. 工作时间:周一至周五,08:30-12:00、13:00-17:30(每日 8 小时)。

JOB SUMMARY

Providing technical support and product promotion to existing and new customers. Achieving the business goal to the best benefic for company. Working with Sales Team, Quality team and Product/OEM team to provide the best service and fulfill customer expectation

• Formulate and organize the implementation of technical services work objectives

• Manage, co-ordinate and monitor responsible customers’ daily activities

• Review regularly project and new product order list of responsible customers

• Support product promotion activities to responsible customers

• Provide technical information and advice to help customers to select suitable materials from Isola for new applications

• Assist Sales/OEM team to capture up new opportunities & projects

• Provide technical support and processing guidance to customer using Isola products correctly

• Provide quick response when customer new requirement, or if has complains

• Support the factory in settling quality claims & handle customer complaints in timely and professional way

• Escort new product evaluation and qualification of Isola products in PCB manufacturers

• Escort internal material change/adding evaluation in PCB manufactures

Assist Senior Manage for training course Weight --10%

• Provide annual training to technical Services Engineers to improve technical knowledge, communication skills and overall quality, to achieve higher level technical service;

• Train fresh TS Engineer’s in technical skills and coaching

Requirements :

  • Technical Secondary School or above (including College or Bachelor Degree) in Chemistry, material science, or equivalent education, training and work related experience. Technical Secondary School is acceptable.
  • Minimum three years’ relevant experience, or equivalent training and related work experience.
  • Must has CCL and/or PCB relevant knowledge
  • Self-initiative, honest, and good communication skills are essential required.
  • Health and capable for travelling.
  • Workplace & environments: Isola factory & Isola’s customer sites
  • Work hours: 08:30-12:00,13:00-17:30 (8hours per day); From Monday to Friday
