The Role:
The IT Support Analyst will provide primary technical support to our global workforce, addressing a wide range of hardware, software, and networking issues. This role is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to work independently and collaborate with IT teams worldwide on day-to-day support and larger strategic projects.

Top Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions to users globally.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT service tickets, from initial response and documentation to resolution.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve system and network problems, including hardware and software faults.
- Execute major IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and develop preventative procedures.
- Administer and support our Office 365, AWS, and other cloud-based systems, ensuring seamless operation.
- Maintain the availability of Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) through daily maintenance and monitoring.
- Administer user accounts, groups, and devices in Active Directory (AD), including managing AD policies.
- Create and update technical documentation, policies, and user guides.
Strategic Focus
• Execute assigned projects and initiatives
• Manage and operate Office Products and other public/private cloud technologies
• Support and administer email and collaboration systems, spam filtering, mobile device management, etc.
• Monitor, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
• Maintain availability of Office 365 tools (Outlook, Skype, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) through preventive and remedial maintenance
• Comply with change management and security protocols
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, diagrams, policies, procedures, user guides, and related materials
• Manage users, groups, and devices in Active Directory (AD); create and maintain AD policies
Qualifications

Desirable knowledge includes:
• Expertise in Office 365 user and admin management
• Microsoft, Fortinet, and VMware certifications are a plus
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience, including:
o 3+ years of hands-on experience in administering Office 365 for business.
o 3+ years of experience in an IT support role.
Desirable Knowledge
- In-depth expertise in Office 365 administration.
- Knowledge of administering virtualization technologies.
Certifications
- Microsoft, Fortinet, or CompTIA certifications are a plus.
