任職資格

• 教育背景
  本科及以上學歷，化學工程或化學專業，具備聚合物相關背景
  本科及以上學歷，工程專業，5 年工作經驗
  碩士及以上學歷，工程學專業
• 工作經驗
  至少 2 年 PCB/CCL 行業經驗（優先考慮）
  至少 4 年任何行業的工程部門工作經驗
  願意接受公司培訓的應屆生

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Implement tasks according to all management systems
• Maintain the process SOP documents
• Trouble-shooting& process improvement to increase the production yield
• Conduct the evaluation of new product transfer
• Conduct the evaluation of new raw materials
• Lead the samples ENG trial
• Support Continuous Improvement activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education
• Bachelor or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry with polymer background.
• Bachelor or above, major in engineering with 5 year working experience.
• Master or above, major in engineering science.
• Experience
• At least 2 years experienced in PCB/CCL industry. (Best to have)
• At least 4 years experienced in engineering department in any industry.
• Freshman who is willing to accept company training.
