职位职责：
执行预浸料整理工序的标准作业程序（SOP）和作业指导书（WI），协助领班完成日常管理工作，以达成部门目标。

工作职责：

• 遵守安全规程及公司规章制度，积极参与安全工作，持续学习安全知识与相关培训，落实并改进安全措施。
• 根据生产计划完成生产活动，执行本工序的作业指导书。
• 及时处理生产中遇到的问题，并向上级及时反馈。
• 负责层压板的质量检验，确保成品入库的准确性。
• 负责生产设备的日常检查，检查后及时处理发现的问题，对无法及时处理的异常情况向上级反馈。
• 配合实施生产工艺改进措施，实现零投诉目标。
• 按时完成部门设定的关键绩效指标（KPI）。

任职要求：

• 高中（技校）及以上学历。
• 具备良好的质量意识和学习能力。
• 拥有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
• 责任心强，工作积极主动、热情饱满，做事严谨。

THE ROLE

• Implement the SOP and WI formulated by Finishing Prepreg process, assist the foreman to complete the daily management to achieve the department target.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Comply with safety regulations and company rules, actively participate in safety work, constantly learn safety knowledge and education, implement safety measures to improve.
• According to the production plan, complete the production activities and execute the WI of the process.
• Deal with the problems encountered in production in time and give feedback to superiors in time.
• Responsible for the quality inspection of the Laminates, to ensure the accuracy of finished products into the warehouse.
• Responsible for daily inspection of production equipment, timely handling of problems after inspection, and feedback to superiors for anomalies that cannot be handled in time。
• Cooperate with the implementation of production process improvement actions to achieve zero complaints.
• Timely complete the KPI set by the department.
