THE ROLE

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Asia. In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract top talent across technical engineering, manufacturing operations, and corporate functions at Isola. You will play a key role in shaping and sustaining our high-performance culture by identifying and securing industry-leading talent. This position requires regional coverage, end-to-end process management, candidate engagement, and close collaboration with local HR leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for Isola’s Asia operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Source diverse and qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to lead intake meetings, candidate evaluations, and debrief sessions.
  • Align with global hiring processes to ensure consistency and harmonization across regions and functions.
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, apprenticeship programs, and professional networks.
  • Develop targeted recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical, operations, and manufacturing roles.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting in both manufacturing and corporate environments.
  • Strong customer service orientation and exceptional attention to detail.
  • At least 2 years of experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing content creation.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to change.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
