监控基材品质状况，监督标准作业要求执行状况，与生产、工艺密切协调确认不合格情况得到充分理解，并跟进改进行动的结果，反馈给生产、工艺，达到持续改进的目的，推动公司内部整体的品质和流程改善，达到持续满足客户要求。
Monitoring the product quality and the implementation of SOP/WI，work with production and PE closely for the non-conformance item and follow up the improvement action, feedback to production and PE for continuous improvement purpose. Promote the overall quality and process improvement within the company to continuously meet customer requirements.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
*1. Please list in priority order by importance/time and six to eight items are recommended.
*2. Each function and responsibility should include both “Key Duty” and “Task”.
*3. For the purpose of structured on-the-job training (S-OJT), the job description for each position of
hourly employee should attach the appendix(as attached).
- 1，管理基材测试技术员，IPQC巡检技术员及COC制作人员，负责他们的日常工作安排。
- 2，审批基材检测报表，IPQC巡检报表，并对不合格品和结果跟进处理。
- 3，审查不合格品的处置情况，并对不合格品处置提供建议。
- 4，汇报不合格情况，并与相关部门确认改正措施执行情况。
- 5，审查基材、IPQC检查月报表。
- 6，协助直属主管调查客户反馈，提供数据分析及改进措施的制订建议。
- 7，审批仪校计划并监督执行情况。
- 8，管理SAP标签模版。
- 9，主导QA部门的6S改善和项目持续改善。
- 10，协助直属主管品质体系管理。
- 1, Daily management of FT, IPQC, COC team. Responsible for their daily work arrangements
- 2, Examined and approved the substrate report, IPQC audit report. And follow up on non-conforming products and results
- 3, Review the nonconformance produce handling status, and provide the suggestion how to depose the nonconformance product.
- 4, Report the nonconformance and work with production and PE team for the corrective action.
- 5, Examine the FT and IPQC monthly report.
- 6, Assist the team for the customer survey and complaint; provide the data analysis and improvement action.
- 7, Examine the calibration report and implementation status.
- 8, Manage the SAP (Lofeware) label, COC template.
- 9, Lead the 6S improvement and project improvement in the QA department.
- 10, Assist the team in managing the quality system.
- QUALIFICATION– EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSING
- 大专或以上（如内部提升，中专或以上）。
- 3年以上品质管理相关经验。
- Junior college above degree(Technical secondary above for internal )
- With at least 3 years QA working experience.
- REQUIREMENT – (1) KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES
- 必备知识/技能/执照证件或其它能力素质要求License or Certificate of government or Other Requirements：
熟练的数据分析能力，良好的沟通协调能力，能够进行基本的英语读写。
Excellent for data analysis, and good communication ability, good at written English (CET 4 or 6).
- 工作经验Working Experience
3年以上质量管理相关经验。
3 years above for quality management experience.
- 人格特质Personal Qualities：
工作认真细致、踏实肯干、责任心强、工作积极主动。
Team work spirit, strong interpersonal skills, self- motivated and willing to travel
- 体能条件Physical Condition：
- 视力：矫正视力正常，无色盲
- 听力：正常
