Take full maintenance responsibilities for process equipment and utility/HVAC. Lead maintenance team to keep production running smoothly. Assist and support UA/UC and various inspections finding improvement. Support Lean and 5S activity.

1. Lead maintenance team implementation to build up/enhance the maintenance work in the company.

负责领导维护团队加强公司设备和设施的维修和维护工作。

2. Implement E&HS rules in the maintenance

确保设备操作和维护过程符合安全规范和法规要求，制定并执行安全操作规程，防止事故发生

组织或参与设备安全事故的处理和分析，查明事故原因，提出改进措施

3. PM plan and follow up PM implementation

保障设备的正常运行，负责设备的日常管理、维护、维修和保养工作

制定设备维护计划，包括日常维护、定期保养和紧急维修，确保设备的良好状态

4. Downtime analysis to improve repair efficiency and OEE

分析设备运行数据，识别设备故障和问题，并制定改进计划，提高设备的运行效率

5. Co-operate with various departments to arrange the machine maintenance and modification

特别是与生产、质量、工艺等部门保持密切沟通，及时响应设备相关问题，确保生产顺利进行

6. Initiate and review the PM schedule and PM description for new installed equipment

7. Supervise and train the captain and the technicians

8. Perform Lean project team member to provide equipment modifications and installation

参与或主导设备相关的改造、升级或新项目引入工作，确保项目的顺利实施

9. Responsible for coordinating the work arrangement between engineers and technicians

IV. QUALIFICATION – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSING 任职条件-学历，经验或证书要求

University graduate or above.

With at least 10 years’ Maintenance working experience, especially in auto line maintain or/and automatic equipment design or manufacturing, and CCL experience is preferred.

Project management knowledge & skill

Lean skill

Maintenance team management experience

Excellent maintenance skills and experience
