Job Summary:

The Director, Field Installation Services will support account management efforts regarding installation and field services.

Job Description:

  • Build a national database (vendor pool) of installers with specific detail of type of service offered by region or area of country.
  • Develop qualifications processes including insurance specifications detailing specific services and abilities.
  • Responsible for simultaneous national installation of retail graphic projects.
  • Oversee and plan installation program with consistency and highest level of quality.
  • Manage and report profit/loss per job and per client, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Manage installation staff. Provide daily/weekly assignments of RFQ’s and installs, access workload determination of labor needed on multiple projects. Conduct staff performance reviews.
  • Review costs and RFQ’s with staff prior to issuing to internal client.
  • Review, develop, and access procedures throughout the department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Manages installation staff.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in managing a team, including talent management and team development processes.
  • Experience with profit/loss reporting and financial management.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in retail graphics or a similar industry.

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Master’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 7-15 years of project management experience in retail graphics or a similar industry.
  • PMP (Project Manager Professional) certification or similar.
  • Advanced skills in financial and reporting.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong ability to mentor and develop team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in database management and project management tools.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for installation programs.
  • Proven track record of creating departmental processes to deliver profitability expectations.

Salary Description
USD $107,100 - USD $139,500 /Yr
