We have internships available in various departments of our exciting and fast-paced visual communication organization. Imagine works with consumer and entertainment brands to combine cutting-edge printing technology with the latest communication trends to deliver expert made and strategic worldwide campaigns and messaging. As an intern at Imagine, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on creative and production capabilities all under one roof.
As an Account Management Intern, you'll gain firsthand experience in the world of client services and project management. Working alongside Customer Partnership Managers and Account Managers, you'll help coordinate print, packaging, and retail initiatives while learning how teams collaborate to bring customer-focused solutions from concept to execution.
This internship is designed to provide meaningful work experience, professional development, and exposure to a variety of career paths within the organization. The program includes training, mentorship, project-based learning, and networking opportunities with leaders across the business.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the creative arts, be an excellent communicator, self-motivated, ambitious, and have superb organizational abilities. Internship will be based out of our Twin Cities office. This is an onsite role.

Knowledge and skills you will gain:
- Understand the Account Management lifecycle from project intake to delivery.
- Gain experience supporting and shadowing high-volume account teams while learning how deliverables are managed across multiple projects.
- Gain knowledge of commercial print and marketing execution processes.
- Develop an understanding of how client programs are managed across multiple industries, including retail, consumer goods, and healthcare.
- Develop business communication and presentation skills through collaboration with cross-functional teams and project-based work.
- Strengthen project management and professional skills in a real-world environment.
- Collaborate with other interns to design and complete a project aligned with team interests and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications of Position
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Communications, or Project Management preferred; related fields such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Economics will also be considered
- Must be a team player
- Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Maintain flexibility and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business
- Customer focus and a “can do” attitude
- Highly motivated and desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
PAY STATEMENT
The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
