Job Summary:

The Sr. Manager IT – ERP Systems leads the strategy, administration, support, and continuous improvement of Imagine's enterprise ERP platform and provides guidance to the teams that support it. This role provides senior-level technical leadership, problem-solving, and consultation across ERP applications, partnering closely with print and fulfillment operations, finance, account services, and broader IT to deliver enterprise programs that drive measurable business outcomes. The Sr. Manager owns ERP system health, performance, integrations, security, audit-readiness, and roadmap planning across all Imagine sites.

Job Description:

  • Guide, mentor, and develop ERP, application-support team — setting priorities, coaching performance, and building bench strength across the function.
  • Own ERP system administration across all supported platforms, including governance of user access, role-based security, change management, and segregation-of-duties controls.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for user issues, providing expert guidance, root-cause analysis, and durable solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic technical direction and consultation for all ERP applications, continuously evaluating current procedures and recommending modernization opportunities.
  • Identify gaps in workflow processes and partner with internal stakeholders to design, implement, and measure improved processes that ensure timely, repeatable, and scalable execution.
  • Assist and support report development, data aggregation, and BI delivery, ensuring SQL, SSRS/Report Builder, and Power BI outputs are accurate, performant, and aligned to business needs.
  • Assist and guide the creation and upkeep of technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
  • Interface and support internal software development and integration layer to streamline workflows across Imagine manufacturing facilities — including job management, production tracking, invoicing, inventory, GL, AP, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional support teams on problem identification, software specification and design, implementation, documentation, testing, associate training, and solution deployment.
  • Drive the ERP roadmap — leading upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and continuous improvement of ERP-related workflows in alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Assist with vendor and software partner relationships, including contract review, SLA oversight, license management, and escalation.
  • Lead IT audit and compliance activities for ERP systems, including remediation and evidence collection for ISO 27001, ITGC Controls, and SOC 2 Type 2 frameworks.
  • Oversee UAT and validation processes for ERP releases, patches, and integrations — ensuring pre-production parity, regression coverage, and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Partner with the Director of IT – ERP Systems on budgeting, capital planning, resource forecasting, and project prioritization.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of Systems, Operations, and MIS/ERP experience
  • Demonstrated experience administering and supporting enterprise ERP platforms in a manufacturing, print, or operations-intensive environment.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills including ability to effectively present to all levels of an organization, partners, and customers

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server, including query development, performance tuning, indexing, and execution plan analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Reporting and Business Intelligence tools (SSRS / Microsoft Report Builder, Power BI). Experience managing Print Production Workflow Systems

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience with CAI/ePS Software Modules, Systems (iQuote, Monarch, PrintFlow, AutoCount, ProcessShipper)
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Monarch MaterialDirector)
  • Able to analyze complex, multi-variable problems, recognize anomalies and critical situations, and respond with sound, evidence-based decisions — balancing tactical fixes with long-term architectural integrity.
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites, projects, and stakeholder groups.

The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
