Job Summary:

Our Entry Level Client Communications Specialist is a part-time, temporary position that is both challenging and exciting. We are offering this position to an outstanding candidate who is motivated to join one of today’s most prestigious and advanced companies!

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9-2pm

Job Description:

  • Be the front-line communication for Imagine.
  • Become proficient in Imagine systems.
  • Research and assist internal and external clients with our “one-call resolution” expertise.
  • Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams
  • Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements.
  • Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • Experience in client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Currently pursuing a degree or completed degree preferred.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
