This position follows a hybrid work model (remote and onsite). Candidates must be able to work onsite at either our Twin Cities, Charlotte, or Grayslake location as required.
Job Summary
The Technology Solutions Manager will be responsible for understanding, supporting, and troubleshooting our client-facing and internal technology systems from a user perspective. This person will be part of the team responsible for integrating and understanding new features and onboarding new clients into their respective technology platform. In addition, they will review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving and further leveraging these systems. They are also responsible for identifying and navigating potential issues to meet schedules and deadlines and will work directly with IT and development on new client requests and setup needs.
Sales
- Partner with Sales to identify client’s needs and make solutions recommendations.
- Team with Sales on client system demo prep and presentation to highlight system features that directly address client needs.
- Identify opportunities to introduce other Imagine products to solve client’s needs or enhance a client’s workflow.
Onboarding of Dotti System
- Partner with Sales on meetings, timelines, and keeping momentum going forward
- Partner with client as they analyze current data /processes for input into systems for use
- Create and manage technology onboarding timelines and communication around deliverables, due dates, progress, and date changes
- Train users (internal and external) on how to input and maintain data in the system through written materials, in-person, or virtual training.
- Assist internal users on best practices to meet client requests
Support – Client-facing and internal systems
- Subject Matter Expert for questions and troubleshooting of current client-facing and internal technology
- Assist Imagine teams with questions/best practices for data management and application
- Train and prepared Imagine in-house client team to take over day-to-day management of the client system
Development
- Participate in development discussions as it pertains to current user discovery and new functionality
- This team participates in the discovery of how Dotti should function focusing on clients’ needs (internal and external).
- Communicate client SOW requests that require system enhancements or new feature adds
- Help communicate to current users about changes made to the system and provide documentation and training when needed for larger functionality updates

Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed in the job posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of data or systems management experience as well as client-facing management experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct job-related experience required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to internal and external customer service.
- Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, basic/moderate formulas)
- Ability to review and efficiently compare and analyze client-provided data and apply client logic to internal systems for desired output.
