Job Summary:
The CAD Specialist provides drafting, drawings, and floor plans that will assist the client in their overall design, as well as providing tools for the installation team and general contractors for project use.
Job Description:
- Provides drawings for client review on store sign layouts.
- Works closely with Account and Project Managers. • Reads architectural drawings and blueprints.
- Designs floor plans and lays out store signage.
- Reads and evaluates plans with the intent of laying out signage via AutoCAD software and recognizing potential problems.
- Completes projects in a timely manner with quality and accuracy.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- Minimum 2-3 years working with AutoCAD Architecture and SolidWorks.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- General drafting skills
- Strong math skills
- Detail oriented
WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Occasional walking
- Frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
Pay Statement
The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
