Job Summary:

The Operations Clerk supports the daily administrative and operational functions of a company. They help keep workflows organized, maintain records, coordinate communication, and ensure that routine processes run smoothly across departments.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and update operational records, logs, and databases
  • Prepare, process, and file documents such as invoices, reports, purchase orders, and shipping paperwork
  • Assist with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars
  • Support inventory tracking, supply ordering, and stock reconciliation
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve routine issues
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor workflow processes and escalate delays or discrepancies
  • Assist with preparing operational reports and summaries
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence
  • Provide general administrative support to the operations team

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications of Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications of Position:

  • Associate degree or coursework in business, logistics, or administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative, clerical, or operations support roles.
  • Ability to speak, write, and understand Spanish

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem solving mindset and willingness to learn

PAY STATEMENT

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
