Position Overview

As a Program Manager, you will interacting with internal team members and external customers. You will be coordinating and supporting the team to deliver business and technical results by championing a culture of accountability and consistent application of project & program management practices. As a Program Manager you are a facilitator and motivator, working across departments to ensure collaboration, communication, visibility, and successful delivery of customer’s programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage oversight of all assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain positive and productive relationship with assigned clients.
• Act as subject matter expert for increased efficiency and speed of execution for the needs of the customer within Imagine.
• Work cross functionally with Imagine Stakeholders (scheduling, purchasing, operations) to ensure quality and on-time delivery of all programs.
• Utilize Project Management tools and software as needed during large complex campaigns to provide organization, visibility, accountability, and communication details required for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor & support team members as they develop project(s) timelines and task lists, coordinate, and manage multiple projects within Target’s program simultaneously.
• Ensure team members are solving for materials, due dates, and print options based on customer requirements in a timely manner within service level agreements.
• Ensure all deliverables are met throughout the client's campaign
• Facilitate escalation as required.
• Proactively network in a positive manner with relevant team members throughout Imagine advocating for the needs and success of all assigned programs.
• Demonstrate good communication skills, verbally, non-verbally, and in writing to client, SME teams, and/or vendors and partners.
• Develop and maintain an environment that fosters a sense of urgency, professionalism, and successful execution of assigned programs.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, graphic communications or related area of study or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of Account Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP helpful

• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of print services and capabilities

• Leadership Development Skills: Deep understanding and experience with the ability to practically apply, as well as coach others. Excellent communication skills.
• Functional Leadership: A proven track record of leading projects that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables.
• Sales/Operational/Functional Excellence. Experience managing in an environment that continuously prioritizes operational excellence and customer satisfaction success.
• Results-Oriented: A driver who possesses the ability to act and implement effective solutions in a timely manner, influencing across different departments and levels within the organization.
• Problem Solver: A creative problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well as detail-oriented
• Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: A team player and builder, receptive to ideas from others. Shares information and keeps team members informed.
• Proven experience leading and inspiring teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results.
• Strong inner drive to care about delivering excellence in customer service, building strong business relationships, and meeting and exceeding expectations at all levels.
• Highly motivated and driven to produce extraordinary results.
• Strong sense of urgency to respond to inbound questions and requests and do so in a quick and accurate manner.
• Excellent presentation, organization, phone, verbal, in-person, and written communication skills are mandatory.
• The ability to communicate, build trust, and strengthen relationships at all levels within an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in an environment of competing priorities.
• Must possess a high degree of energy, sense of urgency and customer service oriented as well as strong organizational skills.
• Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Statement

The national pay range for this role is listed above. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
