We are looking for a results-driven leader with a strong customer service focus to
lead our Service Department! Join our team as a Service Manager and be a vital part
of our commitment to excellence. As a Service Manager, you'll spearhead efforts to
provide exceptional customer service by overseeing Service Technicians and vendors.
Your role will involve monitoring cost control of service orders, ensuring operation
within budgetary constraints, tracking and managing response times, resident
satisfaction, and productivity of the broader team. Additionally, you will provide
training to the team on new processes and procedures and coordinate skills or trade-
