Streaming Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA

Position Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Role Responsibilities

Working in conjunction with Network Operations and the Client, the Streaming Coordinator provides essential support during live streams. Candidates should possess basic knowledge of the broadcasting industry and must be flexible to work rotating schedules, inclusive of nights, weekends and holidays as required.

• Operate in a real-time setting during live streaming events with inputs from multiple sources
• Insert dynamic ad insertion (DAI) triggers
• Conduct thorough pre and post event checks to ensure seamless broadcasts
• Monitor on-air networks and signals to maintain high-quality broadcasts
• Provide support to the Live Master Control Operators and/or Supervisors in fulfilling broadcast requirements
• Coordinate all activities between network operations and live event site coordinator
• Communicate with clients in a clear and concise manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict job deadlines
• Solid working knowledge of computers and software systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Ability to read and understand technical operations manuals
• Ability to operate broadcast equipment

• Experience with automation systems is a plus

Required Skills, Education and/or Certifications

High School Diploma (required)

College degree or technical school/certification(s) (preferred)
