1. Prepare, consolidate, analyze and distribute periodic financial and performance reporting.

2. Complete monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial requirements in accordance with current accounting standards.

3. Review and monitor compliance with corporate policies and procedures

4. Conduct and assist with special projects as required

5. Research the impact of changing accounting standards on the financial statements. Assist in the implementation of these changes.

6. Ensure intercompany positions are in balance

7. Assist in creating/improving new systems and processes

8. Coordinate financial audits and liaison with external auditors

9. Perform planning & testing of internal controls through internal audits

10. Supervise accounts payable

11. Manage customer credit risk

12. Review and approve expense reports with exceptions

13. Finance administer for financial systems – Blackline, LeaseQuery, Concur

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Minimum 2 individuals

EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance – Required
- CPA – plus
- Public accounting experience – preferred
- 4-7 years of progressive ac
- Experience with internal controls
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
