Position Title: Field Service Specialist.

Position Summary:
The Field Service Specialist is responsible for driving gross margin growth within their assigned region by owning client relationships, leading a team of field personnel, and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and rebooking of all regional events. This role operates at the intersection of client management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end client relationships and event outcomes across the region through proactive collaboration, coordination, and communication with the regional team
- Cultivate and maintain superior client relations both on-site and through regular client visits, in partnership with regional leadership
- Manage all aspects of regional events, including planning, logistics, on-site execution, and rebooking
- Develop a thorough understanding of client and customer needs to ensure consistent event success and satisfaction
- Monitor and drive performance against regional goals, taking corrective action as needed
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with direct reports and the broader regional team via email, phone, text, and video conferencing
- Represent Balfour & Co.'s core values and uphold company policies and procedures — including professionalism, dress code, and performance standards — with peers, employees, clients, and customers
- Adapt to evolving business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing team members through collaboration and skill-building
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Windows environment)
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S., including overnight and extended trips
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to establish and maintain a functional home office with reliable internet access
