Job Summary

The Director/Senior Manager of Sales is a results driven leader responsible for driving growth through strategic sales programs, customer relationship development, and new business prospecting. The role requires a customer-focused professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service. Experience in the collegiate market and familiarity with Florida alumni associations are preferred. The position oversees sales across the full product portfolio, including rings, regalia, diplomas, covers, photos, and yearbooks.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and implement forward-thinking sales strategies to achieve regional and organizational sales goals.
  • Establish structured selling protocols, including call planning, pipeline management, and reporting standards.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to consistently meet and exceed business targets.
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics for ring events and other sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular, data-driven updates and insights to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate extensively with customers to assess and anticipate evolving needs.
  • Address pricing and service delivery issues to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and sustain long-term, profitable relationships through tailored customer engagement.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Support strategic initiatives and execute additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education is required.
  • 3–5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in K12 products with a proven track record of revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term customer partnerships and driving sales execution.
  • Experience developing and executing comprehensive sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Industry expertise in the collegiate and/or alumni arena.
