Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator implements various marketing projects with responsibilities that include proper pricing and promotion assignments, email marketing, social media, advertising and creating brand awareness throughout all divisions of Iconic Group.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the product offerings database for online and print marketing
- Execution of promotional campaigns to participants via email and print marketing
- Prepare status reports on marketing efforts
- Coordinate and assist with the marketing activities of a product or business initiative which may include advertising, direct mailing or customer events including races expos and conferences
- Execution of various social media promotions and daily social media postings, constant review of Iconic Group’s social media presence and quick reaction to customer feedback
- Assist in the execution of testing scenarios
Position Requirements
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A college degree in a related discipline
- Understanding of the landscape of our industry niche (event photography)
- Willingness to learn ESP systems and become certified in Silverpop (IBM) programs
- Strong organizational, problem solving and resolution skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
