Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Director of Global Human Resources, works directly with executive HR management to create and execute human resources strategy and programs in all multi-country sites located in the US/PR/CAN/MX.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support full scope of Human Resources responsibilities in multi-country sites.
  • Supervise divisional HR resources
  • Lead, manage and execute cross-functional strategic projects (benefit, compliance, compensation, financial) that support the company’s multiple initiatives
  • Implement and manage policies and programs ensuring consistent and proper application of procedures and programs
  • Direct employee and labor relation programs; counsel, conflict resolution and development
  • Manage performance management review process (electronically and paper)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations of all country facility sites
  • Recruit, onboard and offboard all sites
  • Lead training and compliance functions of the organization
  • Oversee US/PR and Canada payroll function

Qualifications:

  • Significant HR management, project management experience
  • Strong critical thinking and communications skills
  • Agile with maximum ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability for problem solving and counseling
  • Demonstrated expertise in leadership and employee training and development
  • Effective communicator to all levels of employees; strong organizational skills, attention to detail
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field.
  • Master’s Degree in HR administration related field is desirable
  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR Manager.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a general office environment.
