JOB SUMMARY

Under general supervision installs, repairs and maintains all manufacturing and support equipment. Performs other maintenance duties as required such as but not limited to installing manufactuing equipment, plumbing, motor repair etc

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Installs, repairs and maintains electronic and mechanical controls on all types of equipment to circuit board level such as but not limitted to casting oven controls, induction melting furnaces, vacuum deposition coating machines, cnc servo mini mills, laser systems, ultrasonic cleaning stations and power supplies, engraving machines and wax injection machines

JOB SPECITICATIONS

Specialized Knowledge/Skills

• 3 years’ experience in an industrial setting
• Electro-mechanical skills. Mechanically inclined
• Some Computer skills
• Proficient at reading schematics
• Proficient with control systems
• Proficient at troubleshooting. Able to analyze test, diagnose problems and take action to correct problem

Education/Experience

• High school
• Trade/ Technical school in electronics
• Associate degree in electronics
• Knowledge in Laser repair a plus
• Knowledge in induction furnace repair a plus
